Our Founder
Peter Forster is a seasoned executive and investor with over two decades of experience across financial services, strategic development, and operations. He has held senior M&A and transformation roles with NAB and served on several boards. As the former CEO of BNZ Investment Services in New Zealand, Peter was responsible for managing over AUD$10 billion on behalf of 250,000 investors.
Peter founded Pacific Field Capital in 2025 with a simple idea: that smart capital, applied well, can transform not just businesses, but the communities that rely on them.
